What is needed, rather than running away or controlling or suppressing or any other resistance, is understanding fear; that means, watch it, learn about it, come directly into contact with it. We are to learn about fear, not how to escape from it.
Tsvetayeva's poem is dedicated to her beloved child that died.You are right about fear and trying not to resist it.But to lose beloved ones..maybe love is training us on death, separation and absence.Yeah I agree with you,that's why i am tracing my fears here, to watch them and overcome them
